Experience: 5–10 Years (Water Jet Loom Operations)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Water Jet Loom production department.
- Ensure production targets, machine efficiency, and fabric quality are consistently achieved.
- Supervise and guide machine operators and technicians.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
- Monitor loom settings, production planning, and quality standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare daily production, efficiency, and rejection reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Water Jet Loom machines and weaving processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. (Textile or Mechanical) or ITI with relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a Water Jet Loom Incharge or Production Supervisor is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
