- Promote EV-based waste-management and waste-disposal vehicles.

- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and direct business development.

- Conduct client meetings and understand waste-management transportation requirements.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to develop suitable solutions.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 410 years of experience in Waste Management / Municipal Business / Automotive / EV / Infrastructure / B2B Business Development.

- Experience dealing with municipal corporations, government bodies, waste-management companies, or institutional clients preferred.

- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop recent markets and generate business independently.

- Willingness to travel for business development activities.

- Experience in EV/waste-management vehicles will be an added advantage.
