Role & responsibilities

- Pick items from inventory based on order tickets, pick lists, or handheld scanners
- Verify item codes, quantities, and product condition before packing
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Label boxes and prepare shipments according to carrier and company requirements
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory organization
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping issues to supervisors
- Support receiving, unloading, and put-away activities as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards

Preferred candidate profile

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and order documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Basic math and counting skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team





Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use warehouse tools and equipment safely, including pallet jacks or handheld scanners if required

Work Environment

- Warehouse setting with regular movement, noise, and varying temperatures
- May require overtime, weekend work, or flexible shifts during peak periods

Preferred Skills

- Experience with warehouse management systems or RF scanners
- Familiarity with shipping procedures and packaging standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
