We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager FOR OUR CLIENT IN ABU DHABI to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in the PPE industry. The ideal candidate will bringstrong leadership, hands-on inventory expertise, and SAP system proficiency to ensure efficient storage, handling, dispatch, and compliance of PPE products (safety equipment, protective gear,

etc.).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage,

picking, packing, and dispatch of PPE materials.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation using SAP.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders) to maintain productivity and discipline.




- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, especially critical given the PPE product handling environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for effective material flow.
- Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labor, storage, and transportation expenses.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
- Handle vendor and transporter coordination for inbound/outbound logistics.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, KPIs, and inventory dashboards to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean warehousing, process automation).
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively.
- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, dispatch, returns, and stock transfers within

SAP.
