HR Manager Warehouse

Location: Farukhnagar, Gurugram & Bhiwadi Gurgaon

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function for our warehouse operations. The role requires close collaboration with business and operations teams to drive workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and industrial relations in a quick-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the warehouse.
- Partner with warehouse leadership on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, attendance, discipline, grievance handling, and exits.
- Manage contractor and workforce partner relationships.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
- Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and finance teams for seamless HR operations.
- Lead employee engagement, welfare,



and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and capability-building initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.

Preferred Background : -

- 6–10 years of HR experience.
- Experience in Warehousing, Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing, or 3PL organizations.
- Strong exposure to Industrial Relations, labour law compliance, and contract workforce management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
