Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in recruitment.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, MBA, MCA, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
