Key Requirements

Experience

- 35 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management (WFM), MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
- Currently working as a WFM Analyst, Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or in a similar role within a Contact Center, BPO, or Customer Operations environment.

Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, and Macros.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Looker Studio, and other data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience in report automation, dashboard development, and MIS transformation initiatives.
- Practical knowledge of Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Rostering, and Real-Time Adherence (RTA).
- Working knowledge of SQL and data integration tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management

- Manage end-to-end WFM activities, including Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Rostering, and Real-Time Adherence (RTA).
- Monitor operational performance in real time and take proactive actions to maintain service levels and staffing efficiency.
- Analyze workforce metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, productivity, and utilization metrics.

Reporting & Analytics
- Publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual MIS reports within defined timelines.
- Deliver actionable insights on resource utilization,



productivity, staffing efficiency, shrinkage, and business performance.
- Prepare monthly incentive calculations and performance reports with high accuracy.
- Conduct data validation and audits to ensure reporting accuracy and governance.

Automation & Business Intelligence
- Drive automation of existing Excel-based reports, trackers, and manual MIS processes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, and other BI platforms.
- Build automated reporting solutions by integrating data from multiple sources to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and self-service dashboards for Operations and Leadership teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Operations, WFM, Quality, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Present performance trends, business insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop standardized reporting processes and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across teams.

Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly analytical qualified who can effectively manage workforce planning and reporting while driving digital transformation through automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, and modern analytics tools, with the ability to convert traditional Excel-based reporting into scalable, automated business intelligence solutions.
