- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Should be comfortable working US Night Shifts 5 days with 2 days Fixed offs.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
