Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting targets.
- Oversee outbound sales activities, including lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 4 years of team handling experience in the telecom industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams of 12 to 26 members.
- Strong experience in driving team performance and achieving business objectives.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-based environment and consistently delivering results.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and monitor team productivity while ensuring high service standards.
