- Contact individuals and to pitch banking products.
- Explain products advantages, features, and eligibility criteria.
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up consistently to ensure conversations.
- Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer info.
- Schedule call-backs where necessary and take timely follow ups
