SCCM & Intune Engineer (Endpoint Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Endpoint Management professionals with solid expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in device management, operating system deployment, application deployment, patch management, co-management, Autopilot, and endpoint security solutions across enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage SCCM and Intune solutions in enterprise environments.
- Administer Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including SCCM and Intune integration and configuration.
- Manage device provisioning, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Deploy and manage Windows devices using Autopilot and Zero-Touch Deployment methodologies.
- Configure and support Co-management between SCCM and Intune.
- Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD), imaging, and device refresh activities.
- Manage application packaging, deployment,



and software updates across enterprise devices.
- Support endpoint inventory management, antivirus solutions, and endpoint security controls.
- Configure and support 802.1X authentication for wired and wireless network connectivity across Windows and macOS devices.
- Manage PC and Mac infrastructure using modern device management practices.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, network, deployment, and configuration issues.
- Support vulnerability remediation initiatives and security compliance requirements.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting where applicable.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support enterprise endpoint management initiatives.

Required Experience
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Endpoint Management.
- Hands-on experience with:

- SCCM Administration

- Microsoft Intune

- Autopilot
- Co-management

- Operating System Deployment (OSD)

- Application Deployment

- Software Patching

- Device Imaging
- Experience managing Windows and Mac endpoints.
- Working knowledge of Azure/AWS environments.
- Experience with endpoint security and vulnerability remediation programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile Strong expertise in SCCM and Intune Administration

Experience with Enterprise Device Management and Modern Workplace Solutions

Good understanding of Azure AD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager ecosystem

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
