RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Senior Customer Support Associate for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai.

Core Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with the production team regarding timelines and project scope,



while proactively communicating any delays to the client and hosting required clarification calls.
- Translating client requirements clearly to the production team and overseeing the workflow to ensure accurate, timely output.
- Supporting daily Front Desk operations and collaborating internally across teams to process incoming project requests.
- Building solid rapport with dedicated accounts, driving concise and professional email communication, and partnering with internal experts to resolve complex client issues.
- Collaborating actively with team leads and managers to address front desk staffing requirements and manage workload fluctuations effectively.

Requirements for this role include:

- 0-4 years of experience in a Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
