Roles and Responsibilities

1. SAP Performance Testing with Neoload Experience

- Design and implement performance testing strategies for SAP applications using NeoLoad.

- Analyze business requirements and identify performance test scenarios, workloads, and success criteria.

- Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts for SAP environments.

- Conduct various types of testing including:

- Load Testing

- Stress Testing

- Volume Testing

- Endurance/Soak Testing

- Scalability Testing

- Monitor application, database, and server performance during test execution.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with technical teams for resolution.

- Analyze SAP transaction response times and system resource utilization.

- Generate detailed performance test reports and provide recommendations for optimization.

- Integrate NeoLoad tests with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Collaborate with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Infrastructure teams.





- Ensure adherence to performance testing standards and best practices.

2. TOSCA Automation (SAP)

- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.

- Create and maintain reusable automation components and test assets.

- Automate SAP business processes across various SAP modules.

- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

- Perform risk-based testing and test case optimization.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, SAP Functional Consultants, Developers, and QA teams.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support defect resolution.

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and standards.

- Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, test strategy, and test execution activities.

- Support SAP transformation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.

- Ensure test coverage and traceability across business requirements.
