Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform laboratory experiments as per approved protocols and SOPs.
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes and manufacturing processes.
- Execute reactions, purification, and isolation of chemical compounds.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and experimental records.
- Analyze samples using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis, and interpret the results.
- Conduct literature and patent searches to support product and process development.
- Prepare technical reports, batch records, and development documents.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in process scale-up and technology transfer from lab to pilot/commercial scale.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, EHS, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Production, and Quality Assurance (QA)



teams for successful project execution.
- Handle chemicals safely and follow laboratory safety guidelines.
- Support validation activities, stability studies, and process optimization projects.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining product quality and data integrity.
