Product Manager - Banking Products
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of our internal products, including TestNova, AuditOne, and upcoming Agentic AI products.
What you will do
- Own product roadmap, priorities, releases and feature planning.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to understand product needs.
- Convert business requirements into transparent product requirements for engineering and delivery teams.
- Work closely with sales, implementation, technology and leadership teams through the product lifecycle.
What we are looking for
- 8 to 20 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking / BFSI domain.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or a similar customer-facing delivery role.
- Experience engaging directly with customers on product requirements, demos, feedback or solution discussions.
- Strong ownership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to have
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI or data/analytics products.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS or banking software products.
