Role & responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections

- Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards

- Prepare and manage PPAP documentation (PSW, Control Plan, FMEA, Process Flow)

- Coordinate with customers for PPAP submissions and approvals

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and NCR documentation

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction in rejection/rework

- Support internal and external audits and ensure ISO compliance

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of PPAP (mandatory)

- Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plans

- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
