Key Responsibilities

- Support Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities in compliance with global Drug Safety regulations.

- Process and document Adverse Events (AE) and Responsible Adverse Events (SAE) accurately.

- Perform ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) case processing and follow-up activities.

- Apply MedDRA coding for adverse event data.

- Assist in Signal Detection, Risk Management, and safety data review.

- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with GVP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality safety reporting.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, and PV regulations.

- Knowledge of AE/SAE reporting, ICSR case processing, and MedDRA coding.





- Familiarity with GVP guidelines and pharmacovigilance documentation.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Attention to detail with a willingness to learn.

Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines).

Preferred

- Freshers with relevant internships or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety.

- Exposure to Pharmacovigilance processes, pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical research, or laboratory environments will be an added advantage.
