Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend engineering solutions for simple to medium-complex problem reports.
- Create CAD assemblies and BOMs for design changes and modifications.
- Implement engineering changes through Change Orders.
- Collaborate with Product Development Engineers on concept designs and design enhancements.
- Create and review drawings for sheet metal parts, machined components, welded structures, and complex assemblies.
- Develop assembly procedures, test procedures, and rework instructions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling and Assembly Management using NX / CREO
- Experience in BOM Management using PLM tools.
- Knowledge of Engineering Change Management, SAP, and PLM systems.
- Robust understanding of engineering design methods and processes.
- Exposure to manufacturing process (Sheet Metal and Machining)
- Knowledge of mechanical hardware, fasteners, and OEM component selection.
