We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.




- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
