Job Role: Customer Support Executive International Chat Process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat support
- Provide accurate resolutions within timelines
- Deliver excellent customer service experience • Maintain quality and professionalism in communication

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Positive written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Must be flexible to work from office
- Candidates pursuing regular college are not eligible

Qualification: PUC / Intermediate / Diploma (10+3) / Graduation

Shift Details

- Rotational US Shifts (Midnight Login)
- 5 Working Days
- 2 Rotational Week Offs





Salary Details: Chat Process: 15k (Take Home Salary After All Deductions) Perks & Benefits:Free Two-Way Transportation (Pickup & Drop)Self-to-Work Allowance3300(Applicable for Male Employees)
