Job Criteria:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates should be available to join immediately.
- Ability to handle real-time international customer calls.
- Robust customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Chat experience is an added advantage

In This Role, You Will:

- Handle customer queries and provide support through international voice calls.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.




- Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Selection Process:

1. HR Interview Walk-in

2. SD Panel Interview

3. Voice Assessment

Shift Timings & Week Off:

- 5-day work week

- Rotational shifts

- Predominantly night shifts

Additional Information:

Work from Office

Two-way cab facility available up to a 25 km radius from the office, based on shift timings.
