Job Summary

We are looking for highly skilled and creative Architects & Interior Designers to join our growing team in Ranchi. The ideal candidates should possess a strong architectural background with expertise in residential, commercial, and modular interior design. Candidates must be capable of developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and executing projects from concept to completion.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) or Interior Design from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experience
- 210+ years of relevant experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Freshers with exceptional design portfolios and strong software skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Design residential, commercial, retail, office, and modular interiors.
- Develop innovative concepts for buildings, homes, and interior spaces.
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D architectural visualizations and presentations.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and execution plans.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors,



and clients throughout project execution.
- Deliver projects within approved timelines and quality standards.
