I am currently with TCS and I represent the Talent Acquisition Group of TATA Consultancy Services.

For all those Python Developer aspirants , we are coming bigger with the plan of Walk In Drive on 8-Aug-26 in Kolkata Location. It is a Walk in Drive planned to attract great Talents in Python Developer. We believe that your skills and expertise are a better match for the skills we are looking for.

:

- 612 years of qualified software development experience, heavily utilizing Python as a primary language.
- Expert-level knowledge of Python (object-oriented design, data structures, error handling) and experience with at least one major Python framework or library relevant to the domain (e.g., Django/Flask for web development, Pandas/Numpy for data processing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices for maintainable code (e.g., SOLID principles, modular design, unit testing).
- Experience integrating Python applications with databases (relational SQL databases and/or NoSQL stores) and building or consuming RESTful APIs or microservices.
- Familiarity with development tools and processes such as version control (Git), code review,



and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and deployment on cloud platforms is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging capability, with a track record of troubleshooting and optimizing Python code for performance and scalability.
