Designation-

- Customer Support Associate (L2).

Job Profile-

- Have to resolute customers query Voice Call

Mandatory Criteria-

- Min HS Passed.
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice

Process

- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 10 hour of the day,( 9hrs. work and 1 hour break )
- Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Interview Structure-

- HR round - General check.
- Typing Test
- Client Round

Payouts

- Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate 1.90 LPA 14.3 k in-hand (Approx)




- Fresher- 1.84 LPA 13.7 k in-hand (Approx)
- 100% fixed salary
