About the Role

We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly individual (male/female) to be the on-screen face for AM Realty Solutions' video content — including social media reels, ad shoots, property walkthroughs, and project promotional videos. The ideal candidate should also be able to write engaging scripts and content for these videos and social media posts, not just present them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary on-camera presenter for real estate video content, reels, and ad shoots.
2. Write scripts and content for video ads, reels, and social media posts.
3. Present property walkthroughs, project features, and location highlights in an engaging manner.
4. Plan video content ideas in coordination with the marketing team.
5. Understand and correctly use real estate terms (RERA, carpet area, freehold, possession, amenities, etc.) while presenting and writing.
6. Travel to project sites (Noida, Goa, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand as required) for shoots.
7. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and energy across all video and written content.
8.



Coordinate with videographers/editors for reshoots or content adjustments as needed.

Requirements

1. Prior experience in on-camera presenting, anchoring, or content creation preferred.
2. Strong content writing / scriptwriting skills in Hindi and English.
3. Confident, explicit on-camera communication skills.
4. Comfortable with frequent video shoots and occasional travel to project locations.
5. Basic understanding of or willingness to learn real estate terminology.
6. A strong social media presence or portfolio of past video/written work is a plus.
7. Presentable, camera-friendly personality with natural on-screen energy.

Compensation: 25,000 – 50,000 per month, based on experience
