Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop bus/truck body structures using CATIA V5.

Create 3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

- Design sheet metal parts, brackets, reinforcements, body panels, and structural members.

- Develop cabin, shell structure, floor, roof, side panels, doors, and interior trim components.

- Perform packaging studies, tolerance stack-up, and interference checks.

- Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, prototype, and production teams for design validation.
