Responsibilities Construction Manager – RRC, Piling, Foundation, Micropile & Ground Support Works

- Lead the execution of piling, foundation, micropile, and ground support works as per project schedule and quality standards.

- Plan and monitor construction activities, resources, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, EHS, client, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and statutory requirements.

- Review project progress, resolve site issues, and drive productivity and cost optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 12–20 years in piling, foundation, micropile, and ground support works.

- Solid experience in execution and planning of deep foundation and geotechnical projects.

- Experience in Metro, Tunnel, Underground, Marine, Bridge, Airport, Industrial, Data Centre, and Infrastructure Projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

- Strong leadership, planning, client coordination, and team management skills.
