Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate microphones, mixers, speakers, and amplifiers for events, lectures, and convocations
- Manage live sound levels, feedback control, and EQ during events
- Operate projectors, displays, and video switchers; manage source-switching between laptops/media players
- Set up and run live streaming/recording of events
- Perform daily equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintain the AV inventory register
- Coordinate with faculty/event organizers on technical requirements and conduct pre-event rehearsals
- Maintain event-wise technical logs and coordinate with AV vendors for AMC/repairs
- Follow electrical safety protocols for stage and auditorium equipment

Education: UG: Diploma in Electronics/Sound Engineering, ITI, B.Voc (Multimedia/Audio-Video), or equivalent PG: Not required
