Job Title: Denial Analyst / Ar Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and resolve denied and rejected medical claims.
- Identify denial trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Submit appeals with supporting documentation.
- Follow up with insurance payers to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and denial reports.
- Collaborate with coding, billing, and provider teams to improve first-pass claim acceptance.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), preferably in Denial Management.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOBs, and payer guidelines.
- Experience with denial analysis, appeals, and insurance follow-up.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and medical billing software.
