The role requires strong leadership to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the division. Key responsibilities

- Strategic leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's goals for the sponge iron division.
- Production management: Monitor and control plant operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Cost and inventory control: Manage costs effectively, control raw material consumption,



and oversee inventory.
- Quality assurance: Ensure that products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Health and safety: Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines are followed within the plant.
- Continuous improvement: Drive improvements in processes and overall department performance.
- Team management: Supervise and motivate the workforce, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs for staff and workers.
