Roles and Responsibilities :

Data Architect for Client Platforms Technology, the engineering team responsible for all Client facing systems, including Sales, Marketing, Client Reporting, and Digital/Web platforms. This leader will play a central role in enabling global growth by building highly scalable, secure, and resilient data capabilities for both the Institutional and Wealth/Retail businesses.

This leader will operate as a hands-on engineer, responsible for setting technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a globally distributed team. The role requires deep expertise in modern data engineering, strong judgment in build-versus-buy decisions, and the ability to partner effectively with infrastructure, security,



and application engineering leaders to deliver platforms that meet enterprise requirements for scale, resiliency, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements :

- 12+ years of progressive technology experience, with significant leadership experience in data architecture, design and delivery.
- Robust expertise in Microsoft Azure platform architecture and its applications in building large-scale data lakes.
- Proven experience building and operating enterprise-scale data platforms, ideally in asset management, alternatives, banking, or similarly complex regulated environments.
