Job title: AVP/ VP - Capital Markets Solutions

Location: Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Pune

Who are we looking for?

- A seasoned Solutions professional with a solid understanding of capital markets technology solutioning who can design and deliver innovative solutions relevant to the Global Markets LoB of the world’s largest investment banks.

- The successful candidate will have demonstrable success in designing and delivering solutions and large transformation initiatives that impact key business metrics at leading investment banks in the North American and European markets.

- S/he would work closely with our relationship and sales teams as well as technologists to bring the best of our organization to clients by helping identify market opportunities, designing and creating solutions and related collateral shaping, defining the Go-To-Market strategy, and helping build a qualified sales pipeline.

What you will be doing

- Analyze the market to identify opportunities.
- Develop proactive propositions and collateral to take to clients.
- Help in defining the GTM strategy, and work with colleagues to showcase these solutions to our clients and prospects.
- Design and build MVPs in the following areas:
- The trade life cycle – Front/Middle/Back office, across asset classes
- The customer life cycle: prospecting, onboarding, servicing.
- Supporting functions: risk, finance and control, and compliance, amongst others
- Explore and develop partnerships with third parties as helpful.
- Present capabilities and credentials to third parties like the analyst and third-party advisor community




- You will be measured through your contribution to the growth of revenue from capital markets clients.

Who we’re looking for

- At least 15 years of experience in capital markets – across Business, Operations & technology
- Must have a great understanding of overall capital markets business, including asset classes, the trade life cycle, product management, regulation, and client lifecycle management
- You must have worked in capital markets, preferably at a large bank, ideally in a business function like
- Product management
- Trade middle or back office
- Client servicing/client coverage
- Risk management
- Experience in commercial off the shelf products or data services used in the space is a bonus.
- An appreciation of how emerging technologies are changing the playing field.
- The right qualities: can-do attitude, team-building capability, problem solving, and excellent communication.
