Role Description The Volunteer role at ESAMAADHAAN is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. Volunteers support daily operations by assisting with documentation, organizing training sessions, and helping coordinate industrial safety and engineering-related activities.

The role may involve visiting client facilities with the team, gathering data, and helping prepare reports and basic presentations. Volunteers also contribute to event logistics, communication with stakeholders, and general administrative tasks as needed. This position offers exposure to industrial operations and engineering services while contributing to impactful projects.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities for handling documentation, scheduling,



and coordination of in office and training activities.
- Basic understanding or interest in engineering, industrial operations, or safety practices; prior exposure to technical environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work in office in Patna on a full-time basis, with a proactive, learning-oriented attitude and commitment to professional ethics.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, industrial management, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory; prior volunteering or internship experience is a plus.
