Role Description The Volunteer role at BFCL is a full time, on-site position based in Ranchi. Volunteers will support day-to-day operations across various departments, which may include assisting with documentation, coordinating basic administrative tasks, and helping teams with data collection and record keeping. Depending on departmental needs, volunteers may also contribute to safety and compliance initiatives, support quality-related activities,



and assist in organizing internal events or training sessions.

The role involves collaborating with staff members, following established procedures, and maintaining accurate information to support smooth manufacturing and office operations.

Qualifications

Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and an organized approach to supporting quality and compliance activities.

Willingness to learn about manufacturing processes and follow safety guidelines in an industrial environment.

Basic proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets).

Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to completing assigned responsibilities.

Prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing settings is beneficial but not mandatory.

Minimum educational background at secondary or higher secondary level; higher education in engineering, science, or commerce is an advantage.
