Job Title: VoIP Engineer

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Working hours: UK office hours 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a UCC / Unified Communications Engineer to manage and support enterprise voice, collaboration, and Contact Centre platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot UCC, VoIP, SIP, and IP Telephony systems.
- Support Cisco UC/CUCM and Contact Centre platforms.
- Troubleshoot call failures, voice quality, routing, and connectivity issues.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents and critical platform alerts.
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Support platform upgrades, changes, and out-of-hours testing.
- Maintain technical documentation and incident records.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in UCC / Unified Communications / VoIP.
- Solid knowledge of SIP, VoIP, TCP/IP, and networking.
- Experience with Cisco CUCM / Cisco Collaboration.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Good to Have

- Cisco UCCX/UCCE or Contact Centre experience.
- CUBE / SBC / Webex / Microsoft Teams knowledge.
- MSP or Managed Services experience.
