Key Responsibilities

- Writing Programs: Make 2D and 3D tool paths using CAM software or manual G&M; codes.

- Reading Blueprints: Study technical drawings, 3D models, and size tolerances (GD&T;).

- Machine Setup: Choose the right cutting tools, holding fixtures, and raw materials.

- Testing and Adjusting: Run test cuts, check for errors, and fix speeds or feeds.

- Quality Check: Measure finished items using tools like vernier calipers and micrometers.Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.

- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on work in a shop floor or tool room environment.

- Software Knowledge: CAM systems like Mastercam, PowerMill, or UG NX.

- Controller Familiarity: Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Mitsubishi control panels.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
