Role & responsibilities

- Operate and maintain 3-axis Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).

- Set up and calibrate VMC machines for production runs.

- Load and unload materials and parts onto the VMC machine.

- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.

- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.

- Ensure the quality of machined parts through inspection and measurement.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment.

- Stay updated with the latest machining techniques and best practices.

- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.

- Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: 10th and above / Diploma in Tool & Die making is preferred

- Experience: Must have minimum 2 years experience in Moulds Manufacturing Industries would be beneficial.

- Work Location : Dommasandra, Near Sarjapur Road

- Salary: 22,000 35,000 (based on experience)
