Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the visual merchandising strategy aligned with the brand vision and seasonal campaigns.

- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) format.

- Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

- Optimize store layouts, product placement, and space utilization to maximize sales and customer engagement.

- Conduct regular store visits, VM audits, and compliance reviews to maintain brand standards.

- Analyze store performance and recommend merchandising improvements based on sales trends and customer insights.

- Collaborate with Buying, Design, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Store Teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Visual Merchandisers and store teams through regular training and coaching.

- Manage VM budgets, display materials, fixtures, signage, and vendor relationships.

- Support new store openings, renovations, and seasonal store refreshes.

- Drive innovation in visual storytelling while balancing commercial objectives.

- Prepare regular VM reports, performance dashboards,



and action plans for leadership.
