- Own and drive Campaign execution across all OR doors.
- Quality Check, Physical visits, picture and deck compilation, and video making for important campaigns.
- Provide complete support for recent store openings and renovations:
- Layout planning
- Category zoning
- Capacity calculation
- VM elements
- ISC
- Actual opening and pictures and deck compilation.
- Ensure in-store communication elements based on store-specific needs (e.g., store directory, pathfinders, etc.).
- Work within set budget controls.
- Help and Support retail marketing and brand marketing to execute activation tools for specific campaigns/promotions.
- Launch VMC program and train and brief the VMCs across all stores with the latest guidelines and updates to ensure consistency across all stores.
- Identify and communicate local store needs and best practices to the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Conduct store visits in line with the store visit plan and ensure that all stores in the West region are visited regularly.
- Keep up to date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback to Visual Merchandising Manager on any current and upcoming fashion trends across the market.
- Implement locally applicable tactical solutions to competitor actions as advised by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Ensure the work is done within the allotted budget for each OR store and ensure not to exceed it in any case.
- Vendor management and ensuring all their estimates, PO, and bills are coming on time and are also processed as per the set timelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good Management skills and should be able to drive the channel.
- Knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Editing software.
- Fluency in English.
- Good literacy, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Geographical mobility.
