At SoCheers, a Visualiser plays a key role in bringing brand stories to life across social media, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role focuses on building solid design fundamentals while contributing meaningfully to the creative work produced by your team.
You’re curious about design, open to feedback, and eager to learn how brands communicate visually. You care about details, consistency, and quality, even in the smallest pieces of work.
You’ll work closely with content writers, strategists, video teams, and brand experience teams to ensure that every visual is clear, thoughtful, and aligned with the brand.
This role helps you build the foundation of your design career while learning how strong creative work is developed inside an agency environment.
What will you do?
Create visual assets for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Translate creative briefs into clear, well-structured designs.
Apply strong fundamentals of layout, typography, colour, and spacing in your work.
Follow brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across deliverables.
Work closely with content writers to align visuals with narrative and tone.
Coordinate with video teams and other creative functions when required.
Participate in reviews and creative discussions to strengthen your design thinking.
Implement feedback quickly and thoughtfully to improve the quality of work.
Maintain organised design files and follow proper version control.
Manage tasks responsibly while meeting assigned timelines.
