10+ years of related teaching experience in Computer science / Management studies / Mathematics

Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in academic or corporate environments, with robust online classroom management skills.
Ability to design and structure course content, including lectures, assignments, projects, and assessments tailored to varied learner levels.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and in an engaging manner.
Comfort with remote teaching tools, learning management systems (LMS), and common collaboration platforms.
Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Prior experience working with diverse learner groups or multilingual audiences is an advantage.
