Job Responsibilities:
- Clients ko study, tourist, aur visitor visa ke baare mein proper guidance dena
- Client profile assess karke suitable visa options suggest karna
- Documentation process aur application requirements explain karna
- Leads ko handle karna aur regular follow-up karna
- Clients ke saath professional communication maintain karna
- Visa process ke dauran clients ko timely updates dena
Requirements:
- Graduation preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Computer aur MS Office ka basic knowledge
- Visa counseling ya immigration industry ka experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- Confident, customer-focused aur target-oriented personality
- Visa/Immigration industry mein 1–2 years ka experience mandatory.
