- 1.Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual interaction on calls. 2.Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions. 3.Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling. 4.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters. 5.Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience. 6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
Requirement :
