Role Description The Vigilance Administration role at Mahindra & Mahindra is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The role involves monitoring adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and supporting investigations into potential misconduct or policy violations.

Daily activities include collecting and analyzing information, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to address gaps in processes or controls.



The role also supports awareness initiatives on vigilance and compliance, assists in implementing preventive measures, and helps strengthen internal controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical and documentation abilities, including experience in data collection, report writing, and record management.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, or audit processes, with the ability to understand and apply organizational policies and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and handle sensitive information professionally.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and suggesting preventive measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, commerce, management, or a related field; prior experience in vigilance, audit, risk, or compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines in a structured, process-driven environment.
