About us

Neofox Media is a creative production agency in New Delhi. We make brand films, campaign content and event coverage for brands like Hyundai, PwC, Samsung, Shangri-La, Sunburn and Nucleya, among others. Small team, high output, and everyone on set touches the actual work.

The role

We are looking for a Videography Intern who thinks like a storyteller first and an operator second. Plenty of people can hold a camera steady. We want someone who walks into a room, works out what the story actually is, and shoots for that.

You will be on real client sets from week one.

What you'll do

- Shoot on live productions: brand films, event coverage, social content, BTS
- Assist the DOP on lighting, blocking and camera setup
- Own smaller shoots end to end once you have found your feet
- Log, back up and organise footage properly (unglamorous, non-negotiable)
- Sit in on pre-production and pitch shot ideas

What we're looking for

- A reel or portfolio. This matters more than anything else in your application
- Working command of exposure, framing, focus and location audio
- Comfort with mirrorless bodies (we shoot Canon RF) and basic lighting setups
- An instinct for narrative: you can explain why a shot exists,



not just that it looked nice
- Reliability on set and the ability to take direction quickly
- Based in Delhi NCR or able to relocate, available on-site

Bonus points

- Editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic colour and sound finishing
- After Effects or motion graphics
- Stills photography
- Cutting for vertical and social formats

Who should apply

This is an entry-level position. We do not care whether you trained at film school, learned it off YouTube, or picked it up shooting events on weekends. Show us the work.
