Role Description The Video Production Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruvallur. This position supports the video production team in planning, organizing, and executing video shoots, including preparing equipment, setting up locations, and coordinating logistics. The role involves assisting with film and video production tasks, managing basic recording activities, and supporting continuity throughout the shoot.

and collaborating with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to creative and technical standards. Clear communication with producers, editors, and other stakeholders is essential to maintain smooth production workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and Video Production to support end-to-end filming activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Film Production to help with planning, set coordination, and on-site production tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing to assist in organizing footage and preparing materials for post-production.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and management teams.
- Basic understanding of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in media, film, communication, or a related field is an advantage.
