Role Description The Video Intern role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. In this role, the intern will assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for marketing, training, and internal communications. Daily tasks may include operating cameras and audio equipment, organizing footage, creating easy motion graphics, and preparing videos for various digital platforms.

Intern will collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to translate complex IT concepts into clear, engaging visual stories. The role also involves following brand guidelines, meeting project deadlines,



and contributing creative ideas to enhance BETA’s video presence.

Qualifications

Ability to work with video production tools, including basic camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.

Foundational skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and simple motion graphics.

Robust visual storytelling, creativity, and interest in translating technical topics into engaging video content.

Basic understanding of digital media platforms (such as social media and websites) and how video content is optimized for them.

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.

Relevant coursework or projects in media, film, communications, or a related field; prior internship or portfolio of video work is beneficial.

Willingness to learn about IT services, digital transformation, and BETA’s core business areas.
