Role Description As a Video Editors Intern at PIE MATRIX, you will support the creation of engaging video content that showcases astronomy experiences and related products. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in editing raw footage, trimming and assembling clips, adding transitions, and synchronizing audio and visuals.

You will also contribute to basic color correction, motion graphics, and graphic elements to enhance the overall storytelling and visual appeal. The internship role includes collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, following brand guidelines, and preparing video assets for multiple platforms.



This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram, offering hands-on learning and mentorship in a fast-paced creative setting.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with core video production processes, including basic planning, shooting support, and organizing footage.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and techniques, with experience in cutting, sequencing, and refining video content.
- Skills in video color grading and visual enhancement to ensure consistent and appealing imagery.
- Experience or interest in motion graphics and graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow creative direction and feedback.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn in an on-site team environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in film, media, animation, design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
