Video Editor Role Description: This is an in-office role in Mumbai, with no Work From Home options. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assemble edits as per the script and Hindi voice-over.
- Assist in Gen AI video generations
- Place music and sound effects from our libraries.
- Apply basic color grading for consistency across videos.
- Add provided graphics, on-screen text, and branding elements.
- Replace voice-overs in the edit for multiple languages (will be provided).
- Deliver videos in different aspect ratios for social media platforms.
- Export final videos and incorporate client or team feedback.
- Complete edits within expected timelines as part of a dynamic creative workflow. Qualifications:

More than 6 months of experience in video editing and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Other Requirements:

- Candidates must have their own laptops, which they need to bring to the office.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Prior experience editing short-form videos, reels, or other video projects.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Passion for editing and filmmaking, with an interest in long-term opportunities.
- Creating graphic elements using tools like Canva & Photoshop
- Assisting with basic motion graphics.
- Supporting the team in GenAI content creation.




- Familiarity with camera handling or on-set assistance during small product shoots. Renumeration:

First 3 months after joining will be a probation phase where we will train you in our editing workflows, make you more familiar with Gen AI video creation and other workflows and projects.

During this phase, the stipend will be Rs. 15,000 per month. Post the successful completion of the probation phase, the stipend will be increased based on performance and will be upwards of Rs. 25,000 per month.
