Role Description The Video Editor will work full time on-site at V Group Film Studio’s location in Delhi, India. In this role, the individual will edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging content for films and other visual projects, ensuring smooth narrative flow, pacing, and storytelling.

Daily responsibilities include organizing and managing video assets, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, and collaborating with directors and production teams to achieve the desired visual style.

Editor will also perform color correction and grading, integrate motion graphics and basic graphic elements,



and prepare final outputs in required formats. The role involves closely coordinating with sound, graphics, and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling raw footage and creating polished final outputs.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to maintain visual consistency and enhance cinematic quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and visual impact.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic familiarity with audio editing tools.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and continuity in film and video projects.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with directors, producers, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the film industry is an advantage.
